Marion County DHR is harassing my family because my husband's bitter ex who lost custody repeatedly reported us for bogus abuse claims. The first interview with the three kids revealed that their mom had in fact been slapping one of the children but they refuse to go to her dilapidated home where they go for visitation to question her about what the children said. They came back again the next week while the kids were at mom's. They questioned my husband and I on additional bogus allegations. We were in the middle of rearranging the 2 girls room because we had bought a new shelf and drawer set with them . Mind you, the first time they surprised us witn a visit the room was neat and orderly. My husband has been informed that they are returning to inspect due to the state of the room when they came the second time. I feel this is harassment and it's causing much anguish.

Lived this watching my son go through a contentious divorce. His ex uses the co-parenting as a cudgel over his head anytime she wants her way.

Wondering if this will get an answer (been awhile since this video) Husband just got his drug test results back. All negative 😁 He is attempting to modify custody of his daughter and ex requested drug testing and he agreed immediately and passed on testing her. Anyone have any advice? They also are paralleling an attempt to pull of his medical records. Fighting that, but now that we has a clean hair follicle 11 panel going back 90 day clean document to present… does it help? Will it help a judge consider the gossip finding expedition of asking for medical records in the court’s eyes? P.S. Father is the one going for primary so she can go to school (she was failing elementary public, Now mother has her in online schooling without the consent in a joint custody order). He requested to be involved and she refused. But of course… men always have to defend them selves against all kinds of allegations before we ever even HEAR (a day in court) about the the accusers mistakes. The woman gets to throw out allegations with no proof. Anyway, now that test is negative … what does this mean? It SHOULD be good (because the opposite it terrible). Anyone have any legal strategies? Like for instance, thinking about immediately filing a “motion to repay” after I had to front the $121 I had to pay out of pocket that day- and guess what… NEGATIVE! That’d be awesome ;) thanks

Oh yeah since family court is an administrative court, they do not follow the Constitution, and if a judge orders you to do a hair follicle test or a UA, because the judge is in on it also, he gets a big kick back, and all the lawyers do as well , even the court appointed attorney, he against you too, I promise don't trust any of the evil people. File a motion immediately for a speedy jury trial, and don't talk to them and if you don't talk then they don't have any evidence against you, what happens is they send you to all the classes and counseling, and you are basically building their case for them, it's messed up but this is the truth I promise, they people are the lowest people on the face of this planet, trust no one, not even your lawyer and especially this guy in this video.

Man, don't listen to this guy, he has no idea what he is talking about, this guy is the enemy. He is a lawyer, so first and foremost his alliance is to the Bar Association. CPS does hold grudges, and if you beat them in a court case and get your child back, then they are really pissed, and go after you and go after you until they get the result that they wanted and that is termination of parental rights and they will get it, they will turn family against you, they will even turn your spouse/partner against you, and usually is the Father, because men will fight, women get scared more easily, and so they frighten the mothers into backstabbing their spouse, DHS or CPS are evil people, don't trust anyone from those agencies, absolutely no one, they are liars, they will fabricate drug test, they will make up stories and put it in their reports, they kidnapped children from their parents, and this guy helps them to do that regardless of what he is saying. You know the old joke how can you tell when a lawyer is lying, his mouth is moving, don't trust a word this guy says, he should be a shamed of himself for telling lies and assisting CPS to steal your child, but he is evil as well look at him you can just see the deception in this guys face. Best thing to do is don't say a word to CPS, don't take any drug test, and if you do, you need to pay for them, because if they pay for them you don't have access to even call and check on your own drug test, and the place that did the test isn't allowed to give you the results, so you get the results from CPS themselves, so you know they are already gonna lie about your test, best thing is don't say anything to anyone, don't go to classes , don't go to counseling, don't go to anything they want you to do, because if you do then they call all those people you talked to as expert witnesses against you, nothing is good they will do for you, so what you do is demand a trial immediately, and if you haven't gone to any classes or done any drug test, then they have nothing, it will be dismissed, but absolutely do not speak one word to those devils.

Abolish this agency for good .. millions of Americans lives have been destroyed .

Ok. I have a different situation to get information on. What it there is evidence of a judge, 3 lawyers, 3 mental health therapists, DSS, and law enforcement acted unethically and in some areas illegally and the child was taken? The child even tells the therapist that they are not afraid or in danger or anything like that. The child also says that "I wish I could be with you always" as he hugs his dad and cries. Again there is evidence consisting on video, picture, and paperwork.

A California Judge will not let me Intervene on the case. I am the Indian Custodian. (ICWA) Indian Child Welfare Act allows me to have a Court Appointed Counsel if I can't afford one, I should be Included onn the case plan. The Court Clerks will not accept my documents to be filed with the courts. The courts are moving forward and beteween the County and ICWA there are 27 Violations when I researched (CPS) The Courts are ignoring there own rules Congress, and State and Legislature.

They are liers. They talk like they wanta help. But they just want the money. I paid this law firm almost 20k. Took 5mo to get a hearing. The attorney didnt show up. Sent associate. I my self proved my case. Judge gave kids back but kept us jumpin thru hoops. Over lies and hearsay. I would not recommend this law firm. If you wanta talk about anything respond and we figure it out. I have hired civil rights attorney. Dhr kidnapped my kids tried to make my wife and i out to be drug users. I'll say this about foxtrot. We have used them 2 times unfortunately. 1st time we hired day before hear. Steven here was our attorney. And I could not have been more pleased. With short notice he had case closed in 11 days. Mostly because we told truth. He proved it. This time yea rite now. Took about a month to get them to respond to my request. As of today it's been 72 days our kids have been out of our home. Falsified drug screen and false positive on my wife's medication. I know they are working their tail off dhr is dragging it out as long as they can. All this is because of lies and hearsay. So I really am glad I hired foxtrot. Oh I finally got my children out of the DV situation to which he plead guilty and is on child abuse registry but then DCFS comes along and is forcing more access for Him with the kids. The ones he abused. That have begged me to leave him and were finally safe…..literally the most messed up thing I have ever dealt with. They aren’t doing a single thing to help protect us, left me hanging at protection order court after saying don’t worry I’ll be there and testify, but no one was. Instead I got ridiculed and victim shamed and accused of lying and ultimately it was dismissed. He has harassed me ever since; calls, texts, driving by, coming multiple times bagging on door yelling my name. Yet they want to worry about if I am going to a DV support group!?! I can’t even. I will do everything I can to blast them when this is over For all the corruption. They lie so much it’s unreal.

Why would cps closes their case, but leave court case open? It's a non custodial temporary custody case.

I would like to ask you this is it common practice to collect a hair sample for testing in a courtroom waiting area and use the same scissors on multiple people? And could it be cause for a false positive drug screen?

What about if me and my child's mother have a proposed order of a changing custody, where the child will now be living with me? The judge is refusing to sign our proposed order until the child support district attorney science the stipulation regarding child support. The child support district attorney refuses to sign the proposed order because I do not want to pursue child support collections against my child's mother because she has a mental disability that keeps her from obtaining appointment and she collect SSI as her only source of income. They are using child support to withhold our proposed order from being find and granted by the judge. If there is a separation between the two matters, shouldn't this be illegal?

How do you petition the court in the event of a CPS removal without any evidence of reason to return the children back to the home?

I don't understand how the courts can just assume you using drugs affects your children. Their are many people that go out and party or get up in the morning and take their drug of choice and get the kids up headed to school and head off to work themselves just to come back sober and after an 8-12 hour shift at work . I don't not feel it is far or right and there's no lawyers around willing to fight the fact just because drugs were in your system does not mean that there's a drug substance abuse at the house affecting the kids in any way nor does that mean that person can not be responsible and keep riff Raff out of their homes and handle their family affairs accordingly. Children can be feed, clothed, and educated and participate in school and sports functions but if the parent has drugs in their system then there's apparent abuse of the children. Which isn't always found to be the situation. Why won't lawyers fight the idea of children abuse if drug use is found in the parent or parents? Questioning the kids would be start as well , they do when their small it seems when their old enough to understand, the children no longer gets a right to talk or not even questioned about their home life.

I had a drug testing place falsify my results for a CPS worker. She told me the worker INSRUCTED HER not to allow me to see or give me a copy of the results. Who do they answer to? Because I've called everyone including the president and nobody seems to care..

Foxtrot saved my 5yr old from the worst kind of DHR abuse. They took him the day his 10 week old sister died and despite there being 10 family members and homes and a certified foster family who were part of our family, they put him in a strangers house that night. Foxtrot had the papers filed so fast it cut dhr off in their tracks and at least he went to family until he was returned 4months later...when the autopsy proved the RNP killed her. Autopsy came out on a Monday and Tuesday he was home. Also our guardian ad leitum admitted his secretary was sabotaging his cases. Mixing up drug screens and a bunch of other things.

Ive got a question. I have 3 indications on me for neglect. 1 i had NO contact at all with dhr, not even a phone call. I didnt no they were even called. I broke down an only person i could get to come get me was my landlord. He was drinken an i didnt no. N boaz they arrested all of us, my daughter was with me. My landlord hired a lawyer an took care of. I never heard nutten else about it after that nite. The other 2 times i didnt no they had indicated me. I got all my records from the court house $65. An i have concrete evidence all of it was lies. Who can i contact besides dhr and Montgomery dhr to get those indications off me. 1 goes back 32 yrs an i only found out last summer about all them I never new i had any at all.

Dhr doesn't care about other people's family's!

I have had a case thru DCFS, they closed my case out because I had to serve a year in jail, i couldnt do the process the courts asked me to do because I was in jail, they closed my reunification rights when I was in jail, the day i got out, I told them I was on track, clean, and in treatment. They closed my case right when i got out of jail (cause they closed reunification while I was in jail). They adopted my kids to my aunt and uncle who don't let me see my kids or talk to them. How do i go about getting them back? Theres no new evidence to refile because like I said, i couldnt do anything cause i was in state custody. My criminal judge said if I was allowed reunification with my kids, they would let me out of jail, but dcfs denied the courts request because they didnt think it was right that I got out of jail early because of my kids. They felt I was using my kids as a get out of free jail card after serving 7 months at the time of request, my lawyef wanted to get me out before they closed reunification so that I didnt lose my kids. Ive been doing everything the criminal courts have asked me to do. Treatment, UA, therapy. I have been sober so that if there is a chance i can get my kids back, im ready for whatever they ask of me. Please help me with some guidance to get my kids back. Reason i lost them is because the police didnt allow me to call family to pick them up while I was getting arrested. My daughter was with me when I got pulled over and i lied to the police saying I didnt know where my husband was who had a warrant for his arrest. They charged me with obstruction of justice and booked me and took my kids to a foster home. Thats how my case was opened.

My wife just lost Primary residential custody… for no reason … neither her or I have a record … but the children’s father and step mother do … and the judge made the decision to allow my wife’s son to live with their father… without any reason to try to fight … we are going to appeal … but the judge leaned towards his and my wife filed the paperwork for him to see his kids … and now they are gone 8 hours away. ☹️😢
